- At tonight's Village of Rockton meeting, trustees are expected to approve expenses for the Athletic Fields pump house: almost $65,890 to Rock Energy for gas/electricity, up to $12,000 for McGilvra Electric for electrical expenses.
They will also be asked to spend $32,904 for a TORO Sand Pro 5040. - At tonight's Village of Roscoe meeting, Place Foundry will present a report on its Rockton Road Corridor study. Expenses up for approval : $24,900 for storm sewer inlet repairs on Sheringham Dr and Joncey Dr., $6,312.89 for backflow devices at the Public Works Building, $4,917.50 for 34 American flags for Main Street, and $5,809 for new chairs and tables for Public Works. Trustees are also expected to approve a temporary liquor license during Hometown Holiday for Poison Ivy Pub and to formalize two new zoning districts: Main Street Core District and Main Street Edge District.
