At tonight's Village of Roscoe meeting, Marvin Keys of First Midwest Group will present a proposed development concept for the corner of Willowbrook and Rockton Road. Hint: it includes a large commercial building with a Starbucks.
I've tried the newest pizza restaurant in Roscoe - it's really something else. Pinsa is what the friendly owners of 815 Pizza call their light, airy, healthier crust. But I just call it fine pizza. They're next to Fasmart on Main Street, on the north side of Elevator Road.
