Erica makes around 800–900 meals and 1,000–1,500 protein balls each week in her commercial kitchen in Roscoe. That's a lot of lifting, but she still does weights.

Amber Baumgartner of Bryant Commercial Group says Worth It Wellness has leased 1527 square feet of space at 5522 Elevator Rd., Roscoe, which she had been subleasing from Whiskey Hotel BBQ. Amber says, “We are currently negotiating a lease for the former Mollys Slots space and the remaining space that was formerly occupied by” Whiskey Hotel BBQ.
