- New Horizons Church is having a "Donuts for Dads" Father’s Day service in Leland Park in Roscoe on Sunday, June 15, 2025. New Horizons Church of Northern Illinois regularly meets Sundays at 9 a.m. at Willowbrook Middle School. Except this Father’s Day, when they will meet with free donuts and coffee in the park shelter at 5727 Broad Street or 10701 3rd Street. Broad Street is the official address.
- Sydney Steinkellner of Rockton graduated on May 30 from Des Moines University Medicine and Health Sciences with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.
