- A Rockton man is back in jail after being released in August, but this time on unrelated charges of aggravated sexual assault and strangling from 2024. Anthony Moe was released after pleading not guilty to reckless homicide and aggravated DUI. One of his passengers died on August 21, 2025 after Moe rolled his car into a ditch off Route 173. He remained free until Monday morning, when he was jailed on the earlier domestic battery allegations. In November 2024, an emergency order of protection had been filed against Moe but was terminated by mutual consent in January, after a no-contact order from the judge.
