Judge Stephen Balogh is now working out of Boone County Courthouse, including this morning's Chemtool hearing.

Attorneys will be asking Judge Stephen Balogh to approve a second settlement payment to residents, this time from Holian Insulation. OSHA says it was a Holian forklift operator who "struck a pressure tap on a hot oil return pipe for cooking kettle R604, resulting in an oil leak and subsequent fire."
