Celebrate the annual return of the American White Pelicans and other migrating birds to the Rock River. This year we will be teaming up with the Natural Land Institute, the Sinnissippi Audubon Society, the Village of Rockton and JR Finally Art Studio & Gallery to create a day filled with activities and sights sure to delight everyone. Learn about and meet some interesting birds while visiting several educational / environmental booth. Stroll along the historic streets, shops and restaurants of downtown Rockton for an entertaining day.

Visit Nygren Wetland Preserve's Wildlife Overlook at 3714 W. Rockton Rd., Rockton, where you will be greeted by a knowledgeable volunteer to talk about birds and other wildlife. Guided tours of the preserve start here at: 11 am and 12:30 pm led by Rick Barton and at 2 pm led by Zach Grycan.

For you birders: Don't miss the Early Bird Walk at 7:30am meeting at the Nygren Wetland Overlook presented by Sinnissippi Audubon Society. Led by Alan Branhagen, NLI Executive Director
