In a swearing-in ceremony at Harlem-Roscoe Fire Station One on Jan. 23, 2023, Â firefighters Ryan Donner, Rob Lukowski, and Dylan Lackey were promoted the rank of lieutenant. Brett Whiting was sworn in as firefighter, and Lori Lynch was sworn in as a probationary firefighter. Trustees Bart Munger, John Donahue and Al Bach, along with Fire Chief Patrick Trollop, led the ceremony. More photos on Facebook.
