No gutters for these ladies -Stephen Mack and Willowbrook send bowlers to day No. 2 of state bowling championships

Joliet, IL—Local girls were on the lanes when the Illinois Elementary School Association two-day state bowling championships began on Friday, April 11, 2025. The six Stephen Mack girls team members bowled 2,269 pins, which was good enough to qualify for the second day of the championships at Town and Country Lanes in Joliet.
Lorelei Gilbertson of Willowbrook took the honor of competing as an individual and rolled a four-game series of 562, which was good enough for some Saturday bowling.
