New design, new features for Rockton-Roscoe News readers
Subscribers can receive bonus content and other benefits.
After months of preparation, Rockton-Roscoe News is unveiling a new design with new benefits and features for our 40,000 monthly readers. Everyone can still read our newsletter and articles for free. Even free subscribers will receive bonus content and other benefits, but we are grateful for our financial supporters.
In fact, if you've subscribed to the daily email newsletter in the past but stopped seeing it in your inbox for some reason, our new mail server might fix the problem.
If you've never subscribed before, you can click the blue Sign Up or Subscribe button to get started - it's free.
Our new platform allows us to serve you more completely and flexibly, with more specific categories. It makes it easier for our readers to post events, notices, and opinions. It provides more options for advertising. And we think the new design is more attractive too. Let us know what you think and what else you need.
The new platform will also make our work more sustainable. Your financial support has made it possible to add more reporters so we can better cover Roscoe, South Beloit, and Rockton. And it helps us serve the dozens of high school students at Hononegah and South Beloit High School who are signing up to get journalism experience and training with us. Avani Joshi, one of our local spelling bee champions, wants to create word games for our readers, which is now possible on our new platform.
