Rockton — Monday, Feb. 2, 2026

Rockton Village Hall, 110 East Main St.

Administration Committee — 5:30 p.m.

The committee will:

• Review a proposed budget calendar and questionnaire

• Review and recommend approval of a facilities rental agreement with Blackhawk Technical College

• Receive updates from village staff

• Take public comment

Public Works Committee — 6:30 p.m.

The committee will:

• Receive project updates from the village engineer

• Discuss the proposed budget calendar

• Review and recommend approval of a $6,328 payment for engineering services related to the Commons lift station

• Discuss plans for an informational meeting about the ITEP Old River Road bike path

Rockton — Tuesday, Feb. 3, 2026

Village Board of Trustees — 7 p.m.

Public Hearing on FY2026 Appropriation Ordinance — 6:15 p.m.

Trustees will hear public comment on the village’s proposed 2026 spending plan.

Village Board of Trustees — 6:30 p.m.

The board will:

• Vote on the village’s FY2026 appropriation ordinance

• Vote on extending the village’s tree maintenance and removal contract

• Vote on resolutions related to public improvements and infrastructure projects

• Vote on accepting public improvements in the Hawks Pointe Plat 5 subdivision

• Vote on approving an agreement for guardrail repairs on Willowbrook Road

• Take action related to the Village Administrator’s employment agreement
