Local students named to dean's lists at Wheaton College and Southern New Hampshire University
At least 25 local college students received similar honors last semester.
Paul Fay of Roscoe and Elisabeth Patterson of Rockton have been named to the Fall 2021 Dean's List at Wheaton College. Located west of Chicago, Wheaton College is one of the nation's most respected Christian liberal arts college (Billy Graham went there), and is known for its tough academics and integration of faith and learning.
Frank Oyston of Roscoe and Nicole Ali of Rockton have been named to the Fall 2021 President's List at Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU), an 89-year-old private, nonprofit institution serving more than 160,000 learners worldwide. Nicole Ali was also named to the university's summer 2021 President's List, which requires a GPA of 3.7-4.0 .
More than 20 Roscoe and Rockton students made the Dean's List at UW-Whitewater, including U-Rock in Janesville. Three more were named to the Dean's List at Bradley University, Olivet Nazarene University, and Coastal Carolina University.
Dean's List recipients for Fall 2021 have not been released by Northern Illinois University, Beloit College, Rockford University, or Rock Valley College.
