Historical Society honors three long-time businesses at Fall Festival
The Roscoe Township Historical Society will recognize the contributions of Forest City Gear, Top Die Casting Co., and the Wiffletree Bar and Grill.

The Roscoe Township Historical Society is launching the Heritage Enterprise Recognition program.  According to their Facebook page, the RTHS will honor three businesses this year to recognize the individuals, families, and companies who dedicated their work and lives to the improvement of our township.

The first three recipients are Fred and Wendy Young and Forest City Gear, The McCurdy family and Top Die Casting Co., and Doris Deschler and the Wiffletree Bar and Grill.

The presentation will take place at 7:45 pm on Sunday, September 12 at Roscoe Fall Festival, Leland Park.

The program honors locally and family-owned businesses that have made cultural, social, and economic commitment or investment in Roscoe Township throughout their existence.
