The Harlem Roscoe Fire District has a program that provides fire alarms and carbon monoxide alarms, free of charge, to homeowners in its three districts: District 1 - 10544 North Main Street, Roscoe, Illinois; District 2 - 825 Ralston Road, Machesney Park, Illinois; and District 3 - 13974 Willowbrook Road, Roscoe, Illinois.
