Old Settlers Day 1 opens with Spencer Crandall on the Main Stage

With over 160 million streams, independent country artist Spencer Crandall might seem like an overnight artist but he has been working and hustling for over seven years. His journey began at age 19 after shoulder injuries curtailed his promising football career. He started by thinking about what made him happy and he thought about music and went to Walmart and bought a guitar.

Crandall credits artists from Taylor Swift to Drake as his influence in his story-telling, country style. His song “MADE” is a future love letter to himself about what he wants in a relationship. After his first major radio hit “MY PERSON,” it still blows his mind that people every weekend choose this song as the first song they dance to as a married couple.

Spencer Crandall will be on the main stage for OSD Thursday, June 16 with Cooper Alan and Ashley Cooke.
