Local classic rock band Vintage Vinyl opens the Rockton River Market on Wednesday June 1

Kicking off the summertime Rockton River Market on Wednesday, June 1 is Vintage Vinyl, a four-piece classic rock band: a lead guitar with three lead vocalists playing '60s and '70s music.

The band brings tons of energy and plays all around the Stateline area.

Vintage Vinyl is a group of musicians who are veterans of the original Vintage Vinyl, Cheater, Puppet, Blunatics, and many more bands.

The band says,"Come ready to get involved. It’s not about the band. It’s about those who work all week for the weekend or the show. They aim to please so you aim toward where Vintage Vinyl plays!"

The Rockton River Market takes place at Settlers Park, 200 East Hawick Street Rockton, IL 61072, every Wednesday in June through August from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with a variety of food and goods vendors.
