Downtown Rockton locations supporting Mother's Day

In honor of the mothers in our community, multiple locations in Downtown Rockton are participating in a "Mother's Day Mingle" to offer goods and discounts to the mothers who visit their stores.

Dee Dee's Main Street Coffee and Decor is offering entertainment, drink specials, giveaways, live entertainment and flowers on Mother's Day as well as celebrating their two-year anniversary.

In addition to the event, Dee Dee herself commented, "Mother's Day is one of the best days and the saddest days since I've lost my mother. But I keep a positive attitude and I suggest we do these things and love up on our mothers because you never know."

Positive Changes Chiropractic is providing new patient specials to support the mothers in the area.

Lisa Nousianen, speaking for herself and Dr. Andrea Sayles, stated, "She and I are both really excited to be involved in providing chiropractic services and massage. It's in her heart to be involved and we are thankful for the opportunity to be a part of the community."

Pick-a-Dilly Antiques is having a sale on candles, bath bombs and essential oils specifically for moms.

Sugar Britches is teaming up with Rockton Garden Works to create "robust plants surrounded by chocolate pots in a pretty decorated pot."

At Sugar Britches, Addye said, "I hope, if anything, mothers and children can use it as kind of a memory lane experience to enjoy with their kids or their own mothers."

Rockton Inn Pub and Grub is providing discounts and hosting an event in which mothers can decorate wine glasses or vision boards.

"Rockton Inn is happy to join in on the Mother's Day celebration in Rockton. We hope everyone comes in and enjoys creating wine glasses and vision boards on this special day."

JR Finally Art Studio and Gallery is providing moms with a free make-up scrubbie, while supplies last.

"We are grateful for all these beautiful women that raised us, kept us safe and loved us."

Rockton Garden Works is providing complimentary refreshments alongside their team-up with Sugar Britches.

Sarah, owner of Rockton Garden Works, commented, "Come in, relax, it's my happy place and I hope it's yours too."

The Image Gallery is displaying specialized gift items as well as providing their usual hair and nail services.

The Mix is offering moms a free small-serve ice cream in cake cone or dish.

Stephanie McGuire with the Mix commented, "We know the Mix is somewhere the kids love to go get treats and hopefully it can be somewhere families can go to enjoy the weather and have something good to eat."

Kiss Glass is "pampering moms with our 420 packages!"

Frosted Farmhouse is providing "sales throughout the store and free gifts with purchase."

Local Blessings/Erica's Boards is offering a promotion in which if you spend $100 you get a free $10 to-go kit.

Local Blessings is "grateful for the community that has supported our shop through the pandemic and this new move."

These events will continue through Mother's Day while supplies last or until close.
