Stateline Business Expo postponed until Spring 2022

After "heavy consideration and consult with our stakeholders," the Stateline Chamber of Commerce has decided to postpone the 2021 Stateline Business Expo, which had been scheduled this Saturday in the parking lot of their offices. This is the second local business mixer to be canceled this weekend- the elev815 golf play day was scheduled for "815 Day," August 15.

The Business Expo leaders plan to be back indoors for 2022, hopefully once again at the Hononegah Community High School (HCHS) Fieldhouse in late March. Their website promises they will "pour ourselves into making that event the best it can be... We want our expo to be a great experience for our vendors and our attendees, and we value the feedback we get from our membership."

Organizers say they will reopen booth registration as soon as they confirm their 2022 date and location. Prior vendors will receive first dibs on locations, then Chamber Members, then the public.

Once known as the RORO Expo, the Stateline Business Expo is free, unlike most business expos. It is intended to be a "fun community event for the entire family," with a "huge diversity in business types."

The Stateline Chamber of Commerce is a regional Chamber, serving businesses and organizations in Rockton, Roscoe, and South Beloit, Illinois.
