Three new lieutenants at Harlem-Roscoe Fire

Harlem-Roscoe Fire trustees Bart Munger, John Donahue, and Al Bach promoted three firefighters to the rank of Lieutenant and swore in one new firefighter on Jan. 22, 2024 at Fire Station One.
