Friday Nature Friends - Fri Jul 28 10:00 am
Nature At The Confluence
Our summer weekly story time with the South Beloit Public Library returns! Join us on Friday from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. for reading and activity time under our cottonwood tree. Recommended for children ages 4-7, this series will introduce our local plant and animal friends and help build nature vocabulary.
Please register in advance, as space is limited. The cost is $5 per child and there is no charge for accompanying adults. [more details]

Weekly jazz jam session at M&M Dari Ripple hosted by the BMHS Jazz Band members. From 6 pm to 8 pm bring your horn and sit in! Any age is welcome! Weather permitting.
Jr. Indians “Prep” Football Camp - Tue Aug 1 12:00 am
Rockton Athletic Fields
The camp will include a participation in the Jr. Indians “Halftime Show” flag football
scrimmage. (Date/Time TBA)
● Campers will be invited to join the Jr Indians Football and Cheer program as they walk
the track before a Hononegah High School Varsity football game.
● All campers will be provided with a Jr. Indians practice jersey that includes your child's

50 North, Senior Activity Event - Tue Aug 11:00 pm
Rockton Community Centre
The butterflies are coming! 50 North, a senior group, will be having a presentation on Monarch butterflies on Tuesday, August 1st, from 1-3 p.m. This will include information on the Monarch's life cycle as well as other interesting facts! Rockton River Market: Bill and Jim's Most Excellent Acoustic Adventure - Wed Aug 2 6:00 pm
Friends for over 20 years, Bill and Jim have been perfecting their performances for just as long. They've pieced together and have amassed material from prior bands, and current, ones to put together the most versatile set list for your venue. Classic Rock, Country, 80's and 90's Bill and Jim have exactly what you need to impress your friends and family.
The Rockton River Market takes place every Wednesday from 5-8 p.m. at Settlers Park, 150 Hawick Street in Rockton. The music starts at 6:00. [more details]

We come together at the Talcott Free Library once a month to share ideas and projects, learn something new, show what we know, and sometimes just to knit and crochet with friends and neighbors.
