Strong spirits: your invitation

It is a busy season- with graduations, graduation parties, weddings, showers, etc. But it's only busy if you are invited, and only if you go.

Once Jesus was invited to a wedding. You may know the story. It is in the first 11 verses of the gospel of John, chapter 2. He went to the wedding, and as a result, a lot of other things happened: he revealed to his disciples who he was; he changed between 120 and 180 gallons of water into wine; he launched his ministry; he blew the minds of the wedding servants; he made his mama proud. (read the account in John 2).

My point: none of this happens without an invitation. My question is: have you invited Jesus? Into your life, your home, your work, your marriage? your problems? There's no telling what amazing things might happen when we invite him in. Consider it...
