Easter Sunday, April 10, was a beautiful sunny day for hunting eggs. The annual Easter Egg Hunt at Leland Park in Roscoe, drew a big crowd of children and parents. Plastic eggs were scattered throughout the grounds in easy reach for kids age 0 to 9 years old. Trinkets, candy and tickets for prizes were hidden inside.
The Easter Egg Hunt, sponsored by the Roscoe Lions Club, is a yearly event that never fails to draw a large crowd of parents and kids.
