The Roscoe Lions Club hosted the annual Fall Festival in Leland Park on Friday, Sept. 9 and Saturday, Sept. 10. Heavy rain cancelled the parade, carnival, and entertainment scheduled for Sunday, Sept. 11. But Saturday was a sunny day for the Kiddie Parade around the park. Dozens of children, many in costumes, walked in the parade, led by Leo the Lions Club Lion.
