This FREE family-friendly event is Saturday, May 14, 2022 from 10:00 to 2:00 pm at Hononegah Forest Preserve in Rockton, Illinois. Come learn what the Forest Preserves of Winnebago County is all about with live animal exhibits, interactive games and giveaways, food trucks, and activities for all ages. Activities include:

  • Raffles for exclusive 100 year anniversary merch, golf vouchers, camping passes, and much more;
  • Tree sapling & native seed packet giveaways;
  • live aquatic exhibit;
  • Craft activities and face painting;
  • Photo station with Critter Cutouts and the historic 1924 Hononegah Arch;
  • Golf chipping challenge;
  • Build your own s'more station.
