Free Dinner and Presentation

Rockford, IL -- Natural Land Institute, in partnership with Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) and The Conservation Fund (TCF) will present a complimentary dinner and presentation for landowners and/or producers in the Raccoon Creek watershed of northern Winnebago County, Illinois, [northwest of Rockton]. Federal cost-share funding is available for conservation land management practices that benefit property owners/producers and operations in this watershed.

Join NLI, NRCS and TCF for a complementary pasta dinner from 5:00-5:30 p.m. and a presentation from 5:30-7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2022 about NRCS Regional Conservation Partnership Program (RCPP) funding opportunities. A panel of local experts will explain how to participate in the RCPP step-by-step and answer questions. In person and Zoom options are available. In person location: American Legion, 221 W. Main St., Rockton, IL 61072. If Zoom is selected in the registration form, a link will be emailed to the registrant. Presenters will guide participants through the steps of participating in this opportunity and answer questions:
