Student internships available: career opportunities in reporting and photojournalism

Students in these unpaid roles will contribute to Rockton-Roscoe News, either as a local news writer or photographer. Some roles a student might fill: pitch story ideas, cover events, upload and proofread articles, interview local residents, research short articles, take or find photos, suggest editorial and marketing strategies, manage social media accounts.

High school students must have joined or at least pursued membership in a club such as the Newspaper Club, Photography Club, or Writer's Club - we don't want to steal you away. College students should be able to submit writing or photo samples.
