Rockton kicks off River Market for the summer season
Summer is truly here: Rockton River Market is up and running. Wednesday, June 1, marked the first happening of the season.
Vintage Vinyl opened the season with crowd-pleasing country and contemporary music.
Food trucks, liquid refreshments and lots of vendors were scattered around Settlers Park.
Families ate dinner at picnic tables or spread blankets on the ground. Dog owners kept a tight rein on their pets, and children danced to the music.
Jump houses were available for younger children, as well as the opportunity to create giant bubbles, courtesy of Stateline STEM Academy.
