It is with great sorrow that we announce Matthew L. Brown, born September 28, 1983, passed away Tuesday, February 21, 2023 after a tragic car accident.
Matt was a loving husband and father of four beautiful children, who were the loves of his life. He so loved family time, birthday parties, water fights with his kids, tubing, fishing, cookouts, sharing pepperoni pizzas with his grandmother, or just sitting around with family and friends relaxing. Matt was a wonderful friend to everyone and was very active in his community. He helped rebuild the playground at the Shirland Elementary School, assisted with the Shirland July 4th Celebration & Fireworks, and helped with the Rockton Food Pantry. He was always helping anyone who needed a hand.
