Trick-or-Treat hours in the Village of Roscoe will be on Saturday, Oct. 29 2022 from 4 pm -7pm (not on Halloween, Oct. 31). Most residents of Roscoe Township are following suit, as is the City of Rochelle.
In the large Chicory Ridge subdivision, parking will only be allowed on the even side of the streets. Vehicles will be ticketed if they do not move.
