Due to the large number of attendees anticipated to be present for the public hearing on the proposed pre-annexation agreement regarding the 13276 White School Road, Roscoe, IL property, the Public Hearing on June 21, 2021 will be held at the Nature at the Confluence, 306 Dickop Street, South Beloit, IL at 4:00 p.m. on June 21, 2021. The public hearing will be initially convened at South Beloit City Hall at 4:00 p.m. as previously published but will be immediately recessed and reconvened at the Nature at the Confluence building. Each attendee will be given a limited time to speak and will be asked not to repeat points already made by a previous speaker.
