Senator Andrew Chesney Traveling Office Hours
Thursday, August 28, 2025, South Beloit City Hall, 519 Blackhawk Blvd, South Beloit, 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Freeport, Illinois— In an effort to bring the services his office provides to constituents in their own communities, State Senator Andrew Chesney’s (R-Freeport) constituent services staff will be holding Traveling Office Hours in several communities across the 45th District in the coming weeks.
“My highly trained constituent services staff is very skilled at helping residents cut through the red tape of government bureaucracy and they can help most people resolve issues involving state agencies or departments,” said Chesney. “Because the 45th District is geographically quite large, my staff is bringing the services provided by the office to communities across Northwest Illinois.”
Chesney’s staff can provide assistance with unemployment issues, FOID and Concealed Carry delays, professional licensure issues, and more. Anyone who is having an issue that involves a state agency or department is encouraged to stop by the event that is most convenient for them.
The Traveling Office Hours schedule is as follows:
- Thursday, August 28: South Beloit City Hall, 519 Blackhawk Blvd, South Beloit, 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- Thursday, September 4: Rockton Village Hall, 110 East Main Street, Rockton, 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Thursday, September 4: Roscoe Village Hall, 10631 Main Street, Roscoe, 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Please note that because Traveling Office Hours events are specifically related to constituent services, Senator Chesney will not be in attendance. However, constituent services staff will be available at each venue to provide help to constituents who stop by. No appointment is necessary.
