Roscoe Trustee Justin Plock resigns
After six years on the Board of Directors for the Village of Roscoe, Trustee Justin Plock resigned as of October 22, 2025. He cited a lack of time as well as family issues. Plock said he needs to devote more time to his wife and four children. Village President Carol
