Community meeting to discuss Hamborg Road speed limit

Winnebago County Board members Paul Arena and Brad Lindmark and Harlem Township Supervisor Gary Jury will be hosting a community meeting to discuss the proposed change in the speed limit on Hamborg Road. Also, they are asking for suggestions of worthy organizations or programs to receive American Recovery Plan funds that have been designated for community organizations.
