Have you ever wondered how to make those fancy salami roses or how to slice your cheese so they form a straight line?
How about what meats and cheeses go good together or how you can even make a kiwi into art?
You can learn this and so much more during our charcuterie class!
Bonacorsi's will supply all the food, cheese knives and a disposable bamboo board to make your charcuterie board come to life.
In addition to charcuterie instruction, you will also be painting a 10" square board for your own charcuterie board to take home. We will have a variety of designs to choose from! We will also send home with you some oil to seal your new board.
