The Super Mario Bros Movie, directed by Aaron Horvath and Michael Jelenic and written by Matthew Fogel, follows the brothers Mario, Luigi and the friends they make along the way as they try to save the Mushroom Kingdom from Koopa King Bowser.  Bowser now possesses the Super Star, a magical item that has the potential to give its user immense power, and it’s up to the Mario Bros. and their friends to come up with a plan to stop him.

The Super Mario Bros Movie is enjoyable for anyone who has or hasn’t played the video games.  The movie is filled with action, adventure and comedy that’s amplified by the incredible soundtrack by Bryan Tyler and the stacked cast of Chris Pratt as Mario, Charlie Day as Luigi, Jack Black as Bowser, Anya Taylor-Joy as Princess Peach and Seth Rogan as Donkey Kong.

Puss in Boots: The Last Wish, directed by Joel Crawford and Januel Mercado and written by Paul Fisher, Tommy Swerdlow, and Tom Wheeler.  follows Puss in Boots as he discovers that his time adventuring has taken a toll as he has burned through eight of his nine lives.  To restore his lost lives, he decides to try to find the mythical last wish.

Puss in Boots: The Last Wish has quickly become an iconic Dreamworks production starring Antonio Banderas as Puss in Boots and Salma Hayek as Kitty Softpaws.  The film also introduces the audience to a new villain, Death.  Also known as The Wolf, the villain immediately became a fan favorite when the film was released.

This weekend, The Drive 815 will also be partnering with the Rockton Police Department.  The opportunity to see the squad cars, meet the officers, play games, enjoy concessions and more will be available to the movie-goers this weekend
