Community Spotlight: Connecting Through Wellness

It was an honor to participate in Crave Kitchen & Cocktails' 815 Night as the featured local business. Throughout the evening, I had the opportunity to meet so many wonderful members of our Roscoe, Rockton, and surrounding communities, answer questions about hormone health, thyroid optimization, weight management, gut health, and overall wellness, and simply connect with people in a relaxed setting.

One of the most rewarding parts of the evening wasn't promoting my practice it was listening to people's stories, answering questions, and helping them understand that many symptoms they have accepted as "just getting older" may have solutions.

I'm incredibly grateful to Crave Kitchen & Cocktails for supporting local small businesses and creating opportunities like this for our community.
