Wednesday, August 26, 2026, is National Dog Day, and around here, we don’t need much of an excuse to celebrate the pups who make our homes happier and our community a little friendlier. Whether your dog is a couch‑lounger, trail‑explorer, or ice‑cream‑enthusiast, there are plenty of hyperlocal ways to show them some extra love.
