Breaking News: Holian settlement begins dispersal to class claimants

Analytics Consulting has begun disbursing settlement funds for the Holian portion of the Chemtool class action lawsuit, the Rockton Roscoe News confirmed today.
The original $5.5 million settlement—agreed upon by Holian and its legal counsel, its insurer, and legal counsel representing class members in Rockton, Roscoe, and South Beloit—was reduced to $3.5 million after nearly $1.9 million in legal fees and administrative costs for Analytics Consulting and Huntington Bank. Because this branch of the lawsuit covers a large pool of claimants, individual payout amounts are significantly reduced.
The Rockton Roscoe News was told that Analytics Consulting has issued checks for claimants receiving paper checks, while those receiving funds electronically should monitor their bank accounts for incoming deposits.
