All World Machinery Supply adds leading robotics integrator to its portfolio

Earlier this year, All World Machinery Supply completed a significant 40,000-square-foot expansion, integrating ARROW Workholding Solutions and Titan Machinery Sales into its headquarters off I-90 north of E. Rockton Road. Now the Roscoe company has acquired CNC Solutions, based in Johnson Creek, Wisconsin, effective May 9, 2025. Since CNC Solutions is a FANUC Robotics Authorized System Integrator, the latest acquisition will help All World address the growing demand for advanced automation solutions in industrial manufacturing.
"By adding robotics integration and machine tending to our existing offerings," says Dave Koepp, President & CEO at All World Machinery Supply, their systems can automatically place and hold a piece while a robotic system works on it, then retrieve another piece. The result of their turnkey solutions: lights-out manufacturing - with no need for lights on the factory floor because they run without humans.
Koepp says, "We are now able to design, manufacture, and integrate the entire workholding cell — robotics, fixture, and hydraulic power unit — without any need for a third party. There are few other companies in the U.S. that can do that."
Even before the acquisition, All World and CNC Solutions have worked to combine robotics and hydraulics solutions for manufacturers looking to automate for continuous operation.
